At Global Republic, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 15 days of delivery. All products must be unworn, unwashed, and retain their original tags to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Request
Log in to your Global Republic account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack the Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all brand tags intact to ensure safe transit back to our warehouse.
Schedule Pickup
Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the package.
Quality Check & Refund
After a successful quality inspection at our facility, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
